For the previous few days, the world has reacted in horror to the surprising photographs popping out of Bucha, Ukraine: useless civilian our bodies within the streets, many with arms tied, and mass graves containing tons of of unarmed individuals. Some consider the atrocities might even be a tipping level within the battle with Russia. After visiting Bucha, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky warned peace talks with Russia could be tough. CNN worldwide correspondent Phil Black talks about why such brutality is a part of Russia’s playbook, the response from the West, and the way this might affect future negotiations.
